Aleut Communications Services History –

The history of Aleut Communications Services (ACS) is a short success story.  As one of the Aleut Management Services subsidiaries, ACS continues to grow and prove itself as a positive force in the Federal Government Information Technology and Communications marketplace.

ACS was established in 2005 and was certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business in July 2005.  Since opening its doors, the ACS Team has been successful at proving itself as a premier small business providing IT/Comm services to several mission critical operations.  For example, ACS continues to support the following customers with an expert team of professionals:

HQ Air Force Space Command  (AFSPC), Peterson AFB,

CO – ACS provides mission critical voice, video, and data services in support of customers located in the Colorado Springs region, and beyond.  These services ensure 24/7 operations for classified (Top Secret/SCI) through unclassified (FOUO) mission operations.  The continued success of ACS on this contract effort is due to our successful approach towards ensuring day-to-day mission requirements are met in addition to proactive coordination with our customers and system monitoring.

National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Fairbanks Alaska – ACS provides NOAA Fairbanks with expert O&M support to their Command & Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS).  In this capacity, the ACS team continues to support NOAA with a variety of Comm/IT support services while assisting with critical mission operations.

U.S. Army Network Operations & Security Center (ANOSC), Fort Huachuca, AZ & Fort Belvoir, VA – ACS has consistently delivered required expertise in their role of providing mission critical IT and IT Security support.  This enterprise-level support ensures the Army maintains positive control and advanced situational awareness of their critical classified and unclassified network services.

U.S. Navy Naval Activity, Puerto Rico (NAPR) – Aleut Communications Services again has  proven itself successful to another DoD service with delivering expert IT services to the Base Maintenance Services contract at Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico.
